Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in call center industry. Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Handle Customer inbound and out bound call
  • Provide projects information and Convert lead to prospect & Pass on to Sales.
  • Scheduling demos and site visits for customers to promote the projects.
  • Closing the leads generated through different channels.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, able to work independent under pressure
  • Excel demonstration skills, Excel English Hindi Marathi communication.
  • AHT, calls, lead generation, site visit Target

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • Minimum HSC passed or Graduation appeared.

Preferred Skills

  • Having Real estate knowledge and lead generation experience
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Good telephone etiquettes and selling technique

Quantity Surveyor

  • Working out quantities
  • Preparing rate analysis
  • Collecting DPR from sites
  • Drafting work orders & purchase orders
  • Preparation of data bank of suppliers & contractors , updating it
  • Updating accounts of sites
  • Preparing cash flow charts
  • Vendor registration of new vendors
  • Follow up of PO / WO / COP
